Comprising the complete dispersal of the first-class BICKLEYGATE Herd, the property of D.P & F.M Day & Son Ltd, who are selling the farm. This fine herd comprises 180 cows and calved heifers, 50 served heifers and 100 maiden heifers and calves at foot. 16 are classified Excellent, 80 VG. Cubicle housed, basic feed of grass silage & concentrates and 2x milked in herringbone (80 are also robot trained) the herd avg is 9,167kg 3.97F, 3.17P, CI =392 days and SCC mostly <100. The sale features several Polled animals, red & whites and 38 with PLI +£400 up to +£534.
